Atelier Stoffa products are made after an order is placed. Return terms depend on whether the product is a personalised item or a product with standard options.
Personalised products
The right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to products made to the customer’s specific requirements or clearly personalised, such as items made in custom dimensions outside our standard options.
In these cases, returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted. The customer is informed of this exception before completing the order.
Making a product after an order is placed, or selecting from standard sizes and colours, does not by itself exclude the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal for products that are not exempt
For online purchases of products that do not fall within a statutory exception, consumers may notify us of their withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
Send your withdrawal notice to info@atelierstoffa.gr, including your full name and order number. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to: 57A Ipeirou St., Korydallos, Attica 18121, Greece.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product, provided they were informed of this before purchase. For bulky products that cannot be returned by standard postal services, the return cost is disclosed before the order is placed.
The customer is responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refunds
In the case of a valid statutory withdrawal, payments are refunded, including the cost of the least expensive standard original delivery option, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. The same payment method is used unless otherwise agreed at no extra cost to the customer.
Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective or does not match the agreed order specifications, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess it.
Statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, where the relevant conditions are met, also remain applicable to personalised products.
